The CHAMPION Path is about creating a Business by Design. You see, most of us have created both a business and a life by default. Creating a life or business by default means that you just let it happen, like by accident. In The Champion Path, you will be creating a first class cabin for your business. Imagine you had paid first class airfare for your trip to Tahiti, but when you went to board the plan you were seated next to all of the coach class passengers. How would that make you feel? At the very least you would likely reconsider which airline you flew. The same goes for your clients. I have heard too many times, "I provide the best service for ALL of my clients." This works if you have 10 clients, but it no longer holds true if you have 1000 clients. If you continue to delude yourself in thinking you can give them all your best service, you will find your greatest clients will begin to `fly another airline` or take their business elsewhere.

This program will help you Identify your best business relationships. It will then help you Cultivate those relationships by deepening them. Finally, it will show you how to Replicate them. The more top 20 clients you have, the fewer bottom 80 you will need. Using the 80/20 rule where 80% of your revenue comes from roughly 20% of your relationships, we will help you create a thriving AND rewarding business that you enjoy.
